Agnes Persson Trio started as a safe space, a haven of musical and artistic exploration, where the musicians individual voices as well as the endless possibilities of the guitar was (and still is) the main focus. After a successful tour across Sweden, following the release of their first album "Listen Closely" the audience are praising the band's unique sound and their ability to create an atmosphere that is both poetic, intense, and welcoming.

Agnes Persson Trio consists of Agnes herself on guitar, Jakob Ulmestrand on double bass, and Ludwig Aronsson on drums. Together, they create a vibrant and dynamic sonic landscape that challenges the traditional guitar trio format. Their music moves seamlessly between composition and improvisation, making each performance a journey filled with both subtle nuances and explosive energy.

Their album features guest vocalist Maja Svantesson, whose voice weaves poetry and melody together in one of Agnes' most personal compositions, based on Peter Curman’s poem Jordens Hjärta (The Heart of the Earth). Additionally, the acclaimed guitarist and producer Daniel Ögren (Dina Ögon) appears on one track, adding yet another dimension to the album’s rich soundscape.
